Opensource script for creating image slideshows or presentations?

Hi,

I want to create some sort of slideshow or presentation of images that are pulled from the database. Is it necessary to program this or are there already great opensource scripts to use for these purposes?
Not an organizer to make thumbs and organize images, but something that makes a slideshow. I give a list of url's to images pulled from the database and the script should create a presentation or slideshow, in flash or html.

 

maani.us/slideshow/ is good, but would cost you some if you dont want to link to them
