If you're looking for a framework I like cakephp, others like symfony but there are plenty more to choose from If you're looking for a content management system then go and have a look at the demos at www.opensourcecms.com If you are just looking for bits and pieces to put together then sourceforge or phpclasses could be worth visiting.
