What do i put in an open source php program? I don't mind if people copy it and share it but people shouldn't sell the script. Also where should i put this copyright info? Just next to the download and in the readme? Or perhaps at the top of all the scripts?
Ever heard of GNU-GPL (GNU General Public License) Some links that may help you, - GNU General Public License - Free Software Movement - GNU Free Documentation License You can find this license accompanying, most of the Free CSS templates, Wordpress themes, phpbb themes. etc Abhishek
Whatever route you choose, stick it at the top. First thing they look at when they look at the code. No excuses then.
Yep I've decided to write my own mini copyright, hopefully its good enough. You guys can see it at Skype Reception at the bottom of the page.
