Opening USA Bank Account all over the World for Paypal !

    I have opened my US Bank account finally. If you need such a thing too please pm me. What you need to do is explained below.

    - You just need pasport copy
    - You will have an official bank account in USA
    - It is no problem what is your citizenship or where you are living. Form all countries you can open this account.
    - You can use internet banking and send money from this US bank account to your bank account in your country.
    - You can use this bank account in Paypal very easily and you can withdraw your money in paypal to this account.
    - You can request visa debit card and withdraw your money any atm in the world which supports visa.
    - As soon as you fill the necessary forms and send your passport copy your account will be opened.
    - I will send you the document which is telling what you need to do step by step and you will do it yourself.
    - Everything is official.
    - In a very short period you may start to use your USA bank account.
    - This document costs 30 USD. I will receive the payments by Paypal.

    For payment details pls send me pm. As soon as the payment received the document will be sent by email to you.

    sounds like a scam to me. i would think that you would need to be a citizen of the us in order to open a bank account here. be it on a visa or whatever but i just dont see it working like you explained.

    I think it's the part where you say:
    that makes it sound like a scam. You want payment for the information, you're not telling people where to find it so it should be in services forum.

    US bank account for US citizens only. Try some Swiss banks instead!

    RBC Royal Bank of Canada too accepts Paypal money into their account but this is what I heard. Can anybody confirm this?

    Do paypal permit foreinger withdraw money to U.S. or canada bank account? if you try best to got a U.S. bank, finally you find your paypal account pending after use the U.S. bank account, what do you think of?
