Opening US bank account from India solve this paypal problem??

Hi,

Since paypal is not allowing withdrawal to India,what is the next alternative other than Xoom.Recently I found a thread here that discusses about "US Bank Account for Non Resident"

Some people claim that they successfully opened US bank accounts.I have some doubts

1)Is it possible to open a US Bank account from India as if we open account in an Indian bank?

2)If so,is it possible to withdraw money from paypal to that US bank account
and get cash using their debit card ?

In response to your questions, I like to reply that:

Yes you can have a US bank account opened for you by someone experienced in such.

If you have a US bank account, you just withdraw to US bank and then use your card
at any ATM in your country to withdraw cash.
