Does anyone have experience in running an online smoke shop?

I want to keep it 100% legal, what all do I need to do?

Sorry I can't help you with this. I would try emailing a webmaster who owns one, or posting in a related forum where people have more knowledge of that particular issue.

Your question involves a number of legal issues and the laws of multiple states (assuming that you would be selling in multiple states). Check out the tobacco law resources here. You should consult an attorney and will probably need to pay for a number of hours of research (this will cost a few thousand dollars I presume).

I found out it's not really worth the risk, to many legal worries. I found a swap meet that will let me selle these, and costs about $60 for the both that day, I hope I do good.
