Opening Paypal Account from Nigeria

    I live in nigeria and i want to open a paypal account, verify it and start using it. I have an active UK bank account. Anyone know any way forward?

    Ok. get a UK VPN
    create a paypal account and login to it ALWAYS with that VPN ON.

    Add you bank account and work on it.

    If account goes limited anytime.. do have supportive documents with UK address too..alongside yourname

    there are many problem like some time block money asking for adress proof and id proof..
