Opening pay pal account on behalf of my uncle

    I am living in Pakistan and my uncle lives in UK.

    So can i open paypal account on pakistan using UK as a country and verified by mu uncle bank account ?

    Better ask him to open it from his own country that way there won't be any suspicion and your PP account would be safe.
