    Move is basically a question of contradictions. If you have good amount of data loaded already you most likely not going to have a chance for moving your account on a different server as transferring data is a pathetic matter for both network and cpu health.

    Hey,

    Whats up with the support these days? E-mails aren't being replied to, tickets are being closed, in the past mellow was great, but lately... anyway I paid for hosting a few days ago and when the server was finally up, I woke up to see that it was suspended for non-payment??? I just paid like 4 days ago...

    All the tickets which routes department to department in our helpdesk can take some time to resolve, if your ticket needs to route multiple dept.s then definitely it will take some time to be completed as not all department are online 24/7. Semi boxes are not instantly setup, i believe your order was a manual order, there was some type of confusion with the invoicing at the time i set that up, and the system detected the payment wasn't completed. Sorry for the inconvenience and it should already been resolved by someone i can see as your semi box is working right now. If you would raise a ticket regarding the error i believe it should get resolved asap, but most likely you didn't open any ticket regarding this.

    heya i am interested in purchasing your master reseller plan, but i am bit worried as the above person had said about your support service, did your support system is lacking in providing quick response? because on live chat when i had chatted with you, it was very quick, but after that i have not seen live chat online ever in past two days, whenever i used to go there it shows offline chat, just to leave email to support.

    how long would it take for setting up master reseller account, after the payment?

    Our sales department operates 12 hours a day, if you place the order at peak hours, it should be active within an hour, but if it is not at peak hours, it may take highest 12 hours to complete.

    Live Chat is still not a stable solution from us as we have said all the time. It is only available 2-4 hours a day. We do not have enough number of Live chat operators yet to fill the live support.

    Ticket resposing doesn't work like all other in our desk. Not all the support operators work at all department or arena. It should be explained in the last reply.

    If it relates to simple technical support, it should be answered within 1 hour, the highest it can take upto 12 hours if it is not for restoring or backing up accounts which may need to schedule the work and need help from the Provision department.

    oh i see it means you are not providing phone support, only ticket support and live chat is available?

    also 1 more thing i want to know since your hard disk limit is 250gb and you provide unmetered space/ bandwidth, so does that mean, after the diskspace gets full, i wont be able to use more than 250gb? or would you be upgrading hard disk and add more space of 250gb? and does it same applies even for bandwidth?
