have try to open a ticket in support area more than 3 times, but after submiting, the new ticket not found.

I've been with Mellohost since February of this year, excellent customer support, response within the hour 99% of the time. Highly recommended.

i agree too , very high recomended for great quality hosting, but suggest to mellow , it will be great if master reseller can create sub reseller via their whm panel.

Sorry, we do not allow those scripts. I do recommend you to pay a few bucks to the script maker as he did his hard labor on his script

This can be done actually with a few perl - whm implementation, but the only reason we do not do this is because your clients will find you out as a master reseller if they see the link at the bottom of their WHM. We may implement this at the end of this week with a 3rd party domain so that your customers can't guess its actually a mellowhost url. But i still recommend all the master resellers to use our gentle way to create reseller.

I have been with MellowHost for nearly a month and it is excellent, they have grate support and the hosting hasnt gone down once.

does your server FFmpeg capable for PHPmotion and VidiScript site?

 

The after sale services are good but the server always response 500 internal error due to high load so I cancelled my reseller account.

 

Do you allow transloader script ?? . which is used to transfer files from one server to other ...

 

are you going to move to mellowhost? you're also providing hosting and reseller accounts right?

 

Hey mellow-h, can you transfer my account and all under it from Inferno to another server? There seems to be a bit of lagging these days, and my sites are not even accessible sometimes. And when they are after a downtime is fixed, errors like tmp directory and sessions show up.

 

hmm, I'm not having to much luck on the Inferno server as well, its been down three times over the past four days, its like now my site is up but I cant login to any of my ftp accounts.

 

My FTP is down again as of this writing. Hope they'll reply to my ticket fast. I'm really losing trust now.
