    The ffmpeg module we use to allow the users to upload small clips for their blogs or video blogs. A common example can be nothingtoxic. This is not meant to host big videos/movies which are not under proper copyright. ;)

    i just signed up but now server is down! Cant access my WHM and my FTP... server is experiencing a lot of intermittent connection

    please kindly fix this.. do you have a monitoring system in placed for events such as this?

    hmmm i wasnt thinking it's a my ISP problem because my ISP is working fine with other servers

    anyway, it's ok now. I hope to not run into problems again in the future :)

    I have recently sent you an explanatory PM i think, that should clear all the things ;)

    Note to all users: Our support center was a bit lagging in last 3 days as we were shifting our ISP as well as the support office. It has been completed this afternoon and the support response should be as faster as it was before. :) I would like to ask apology for replying most of the tickets around in 12 hours to resolve in last 3 days, which is not usual with Mellowhost. We had only MH CSAs in the desk to monitor the performance and they were only taking care of the tickets twice in a day, thats why it was taking around 12 hours to reply and resolve each of issue.

    Edit: This host has the fastest support I have ever seen. I recommend them highly. I also like their custom Master Reseller Panel. It is more stable that alot of others.
