Opening new account

    Is it possible to close existing verified account and open new account and verify it with the same credit card I used to verify closed account?

    i guess paypal will not accept that cc card some time after it removed from the account.

    They'll need to free it before you'll be able to use it again - my best advice .. call them.

    I got the same problem earlier i tried adding my bank account to my new paypal account which was linked with my old account.But it did not accept.So i think its not going to work.
