Which buttons? WordPress has more "buttons"... you mean the "read more"? Just must give more details... How can we know what you exactly want? Besides that, this is a WordPress issue, did you check the WordPress forums? Did you check the website of the theme author? Did you use Google? There are tons of tipps/tricks for WordPress if you use the right search keywords
