Opening / Converting PSD to PNG for Fireworks Edit?

    Is there a way to open or convert a PSD to .PNG so I can edit it through firewroks?

    You can save it as a PNG via photoshop. If you wanted it layered in fireworks, then im not sure.

    you can use PSD files on Fireworks, you don't need a converter.

    depending one the versions of course.

    As far as I know CS3 and CS4 Photoshop and Fireworks ought to be somwhat compatible.

    If not, I hear Fireworks now has PDF save/import, so a photoshop PSD with layers and editing capabilities might work if imported in. Unfortunately for me, I only have CS3 and my fireworks died :'(
