Opend a new paypal A/c but payment is pending for 21 days..

    Hello

    I just opened a new paypal account and got a payment 2 days back but balance is 0.00
    why ?

    That happened to me too, when i linked my paypal with ebay and i sold my first item, i saw the same situation. They say 21 but it can be less days, something that helped me was to ship the item as soon as possible so the transaction will be done so they could realize everything get right, then they put the money on your balance. But that was in the case of ebay, i don't what was the transaction you make to earn that money, so i don't know what kind of method you can use to get it faster. I just gave you an idea of what i did. Other thing is that you can earn the Paypal trust by making several successful transsactions, so they will shortage the waiting time.

    Its gonna happen with the new accounts.
    Until you have 60 days old account and 10 completed payment with spotless repute.
    PayPal is getting dirtier for the sellers.
    Anyway, Send the item ASAP and provide PayPal with the tracking ID. They might unhold the payment before 21 days (Happens sometime)
