That said, here are the requirements: PSD converted to Open-Classifieds Theme Expected Completion Time: 7 Days Maximum Price Willing to Pay: $500 Just because I say I have allotted $500 to this project does not mean I am going to offer $500 to the first person who offers to do it. I will only consider your service if your portfolio is great. I will give preference to those who have themed Drupal, Joomla and WordPress websites. So do not big higher than $500 for this project. If you bid lower, and you meet the requirements, you have a better chance of getting this job.
