    Hello,

My server has implemented open-basedir restriction and not ready to remove this. How can I bypass this as a reseller host?

    Thanks and regards,
    Toniya

In what way are you looking to go around it? Are you just trying to include a file from another user account?

I bought a reseller hosting from someone. He has this restriction implemented on server. Can this be achieved by a .htaccess or php.ini file locally in my account?

no. this would negate the point of the security sandbox your account has been placed in. you can't bypass it unless there's a serious error in permissions / uids
