I know there are a lot of people on here with plenty of experience with OS CMS's like Joomla, so I was hoping someone could help point me in the right direction. Basically, I'm looking to build a site which is pretty much a "people search engine" - users can create a profile and add themselves to the database, and are searchable by zip/postcode distance, and by either fields set by me or tags entered themselves. Which CMS would be best to do this, and what mods would I need to add? Any help or information much appreciated! Thanks!
