Hi guys, I'm looking for a web-based open source property management system. I only have one apartment to admin at the moment, but obviously if renting this one goes well I will look to rent my other properties. So, feature-wise - the more the better really! Calendar for checking availability - showing unavailable or booked dates Featured listings (to promote certain properties over others) However it DOESN'T NECESSARILY have to be able to accept payments online, a simple 'Enquiry about this property' would be fine. I can then send them info and they can forward a cheque if they wish to book (I would then mark the calendar as booked). Hope something like this exists and is useable! Cheers DoA
No, I think he means that he wants a nice easy system to manage different properties, and renting them out to people.
