    I got the answer

Actually, its GNU/GPL License, does that class?

I want to use images from it for a CMS I am building myself and I am using another CMS images.

At the end of the day it wont matter because I am only using the admin images and no one will ever see them, I just wanted to check.

Check out http://www.gnu.org/licenses/ but generally you can use them but you need to add at least an acknowledgement that part of the components in your scripts or codes includes Open Source contents. You may also need to distribute the open source content along side your own codes.
