Open Source Mailing List Manager?

My question is .... Does anyone know of a free php/MySQL script that is like Listmessenger?

    What it does is allow:
import of email addresses into the database via excel or csv.
create and manage groups and contacts
    create and save email templates
send email and save them as campaigns
Manage contacts via upload as stated or just manual entry
automatically adds opt out option at the bottom of emails

Of course I don't expect a free one to do all this but its just a guidline if anyone has any thoughts on scripts. Or maybe even multiple scripts that with a little code change can be merged.

    Thank you in advance :)

There are actually separate applications for such purposes I wrote.

    1. Contact importer (from almost all popular mail client sites, gmial, yahoo, hotmail, aol etc)
    2. Newsletter Sender

Ya they can be merged if budget is good.

    regards
