Can anyone tell me what is the best open source live chat product? I have found the following: helpcenterlive.com, phpFreeChat - Web2.0 AJAX free chat server - Latest news, craftysyntax.com - any experience with these products? Other suggestions will be appreciated too.

    Thanks

I would personally recommend livezilla (livezilla.net). Its free, its easy to setup and configure and it has some pretty nice user functions like geotracking (see where your visitors are from and how they got to your site). I've used it with SitePenguin for over 8 months now and its been a very nice tool. My support staff also find that it is simple enough for anyone to use.

I use livezilla. It's best out there. My favorite feature is when I lock my computer or I'm away it will change my status to offline. You also have geo tracking so you can see where you visitors are from.
