Open Realty template

    I messed with redesigning open realty template.

    This is what I need.

    3 column template.
    Front page displays only featured listing
    users can add listing in to site and auto approval and listing them
    This is an example site: bhoomi.lk
    I want my template looks similar as bhoomi.lk

    please help me to get there.
