Open Office 2.0 Any Users?

Just asking a ?.. Has anyone here totally migrated over to OpenOffice as a total solution to their computing needs. If so, what was the main factor it allowed you to release the chains of Big Blue from your PC's?

 

I never really used ms office ! ... why not have both for some time and then decide

 

I messed around with an earlier version of Open Office. Not a bad set of Office Apps. The problem I experienced was that all the people I share documents with where using MS Office... and later it was just a bit of hassle making sure I converted the files to the right formats.

 

I have it installed on both my PCs and use it some times. It isn’t that bad but it won’t replace MS office. If you just want to write some text it’s more than enough.

 

I loved the beta version of Open Office 1.0. Depite its flaws.

 

Here I have no problems converting MS office documents to OO ... spreadsheets and word documents ... everything works like charm

 

Just finished reloading 2.0 and i like it alot better than MS.
