okay so i have an image which serves as the splash page of a site.. after clicking it i want a new window to open 450x628 which resizes for all resolutions..and only shows scrollbars when needed for low resolutions. also needs to be vertically and horizontally centred on the screen for all resolutions. i already have it working apart from the resize part.. help help! al
