Open Letter to Staff - IP Issue - Please Consider

Dear Admin & Staff,

This is my very first post to this forum and I want every member & Staff of this forum to be aware of my situation.

I am using WAP facility to get connected to many sites. I have noticed that this IP is shared among many WAP users here. in my city & there may be some user @ this forum.

I have noticed this because when I tried downloading files from Rapidhshare, it shows me that "Your IP is already downloading a file" but Infact I wasn't downloading anything. Than my friend tells me about the curret Issue.

So, I would request admin & staff to help me as far as this issue is concerned.

I want to be the good member of this community without getting banned.
