No, I think it does not matter with google unless you click google ads. Is there any reason you want to open your website these many time..?

Use any adblock plugin for your browser, so that it will not ban u.

You might get banned if google think you are trying to boost your impression

I would not even try to do that since they do pay for impressions as well if the say it done quite often from your isp it can be a problem if it like once a twice a day would be fine if it's a hundred a day a red flag will go up, Read the tos people it states about inflated impressions as well as clicks.

I open my website more than 100 times ever to update regularly and to see change I refresh my web page many times. I have not been banned yet since previous 2 years. However, nobody can challenge googl, so be careful.

I feel that your should be careful. Google pays for impressions also. Google will see that all the impressions originated from same IP address and thus will raise a flag. Your adsense CPC from clicks on your ads on your website may also fall for few days. I have experienced the same in my earlier blogs.

let me make it clear. i read this from google rules. adsense says you are allowed to refresh your own site but if you dont do this too much it is gonna be better. so i guess you will not got banned. but dont do this just for fun. 100 is not a really big number to get money for page imressions. a person who has a bad purpose do this consecutively 1000s times.

    LOL ... 100 times?!!

Of course not. As long as you're not using any auto-refresh scripts or anything.
