Can i submit my site to dmoz.org Which is having 0 page rank... What are rules i have to follow to submit in open directory[dmoz.org]

 

The most important, you need to submit your site to a correct section. Dmoz is free for everyone, read their guideline before submission.

Well, obtaining links from Dmoz is really very helpful in ranking in search engines but most of the webmasters fail to get approval from Dmoz so you have to understand why the failure.

On the other hand, after doing all thing correctly, you also have to think that Dmoz is a society friendly directory so your site should also be society friendly then there is chances of approval and you should wait for some months as well, because it may take around 6 months as well.

Don't bother submitting your site do DMOZ. They're closing down in a month anyways

 

DMOZ will not accept your submission if you submit to a wrong category. Also I don't see any harm in doing submitting your site to DMOZ as it is a free directory.
