Open a new PTC site

    There are a lot of PTC sites out there and not all are legit. If I were to open a new PTC site, what should I plan to make things work well. I once read that to open a new one, at least there should be $2000 in hand to handle all the payments and costs.

    A LOT EASIER!

    Edit: You would need a lot more than 2k as well.
