Open a Google Wallet Seller account outside US

    I wanted to sell paid apps in Google Play but the problem is I am not allowed to create a Google Wallet Seller account since my country is not supported.

    Now my plan is to form an LLC and use that LLC to open a US bank account. There are some websites that offers to do this for a fee but its too expensive. I wont mind if the initial payment is expensive since its just a one time payment but the thing that discourages me is the annual fees involved.

    Is there any other way I can create a US Google Wallet account safely? Can anyone give me any advice on this :)

    Would you need the LLC and your IP address to be registered in the US ?

    My thoughts are that Google would pick up on this but I'm sure there is someone here more qualified to answer
