ooppss looping sitemap

    i build a sitemap and submit to google sitemap..
    the page is nothing error after a few minutes later i just released that there are some program error with my code
    so it cause a looping for the url.. after that i go to google webmaster and i see google already indexed Total URLs: 7578
    and my url is only 80.. but it already index for 7578.
    i have already fixed the loop problem and resubmited it again. how to correct this???

    update sitemap with all unique URL not double or looping.
    Upload it and resubmit in Google webmaster tool.
