    That's the point - you break the rules/law/TOS you pay for it and move on.
    Sitting and whining about being judged by other is useless. Google is crawling this forum but not really reading it. So it won't decide to take you back on your "didn't know", "I'm sorry" or "my mistake".

    Use the list given by randymorin, choose an alternative, read the darn TOS and move on.

    Googe search result is google's property , like you've gather a tons of weblist in creating your own search engine and someone using ur result?
    but Google is not a small search engine. So Google must protect the revenue

    You see many people making lots of money by breaking the T.O.S. and then getting removed fromt he system. Then they complain because they failed to read or follow the T.O.S.
