If (s)he pays you the 550, I guess that would be good proof of seriousness

 

I am out of the running but if the person who contacted you privately, ends up not being serious (i took that to mean you were unsure if they will pay), please open the bidding back up as I would rebid over $175

and, let us know who it was (assuming non-payment, i.e.). When transacting monies on largely anonymous forums, feedback from others is the biggest input. Actually, for your sake, I hope that the amount goes beyond 550

Oh, before I forgot ..

The site currently ranks at 5 th or 7th ( depends on datacenter) for the term helpful alternative medicine at yahoo from 5 million results.

If someone could get it to rank nicely for the term "alternative medicine" - you could be very rich - even from adsense alone .. since 20 cent perclick from oohoi is very normal. It is NOT normal for me to get less than 5 cent perclick .

yes, wrote it myself from 50+ books on alt medicine.

What would i do? : Since i did not make any agreement with anybody , this auction will still close at specified hour. If 3 highest bidder didn't contact me this weekend, auction will reopen

I just believe that if one is serious about bidding, he'll wait until the end. If he's not here .. then it means he's not interested anymore.

Will i go to the next highest bidder? Maybe .. still undecided since both 2 highest is not present. Chances are auction will be opened again. I will wait for the 2 highest to ctc me in 24 hr. Thats the timeframe

yes, someone from my country sent a pm. It would be an easier transaction since i don't want to use paypal. higher than 175 but lower than 500.
But, i say nothing or promise nothing to anyone. I hope the highest bidder is here but they are nowhere to be seen ....

Also - You said someone had preference because they were from your own country. Wasn't one of the terms that payment would be a bank transfer, and not Paypal?

I'm just trying to clarify as I would really like this site but am not prepared to pay over $550. But if you are saying it may go to the $200 bid then I am interested.

I will first wait for the 2 highest bidders ( because the difference to the 3rd is very high).

Preference would still be given on the highest bidder. If he's from my country it's a plus since we'd have less hassle. But let me tell this to everybody, highest bid is priority -- no matter where you live in the world.

At the moment .. i think the chances that the bid will reopen is VERY HIGH because it's 1 hr and 8 min to go.

Again, i'd emphasis that i will wait for the top bidders first. If top 2 ain't there in 24 hrs I will open a new thread and we'll see who will bid and stay to his word.

p/s do not bid if it is less than 500. If I could not find these 2 highest bidder in 24 hr, I will reopen a new auction thread. Bid there!
