    I would think a letter from a lawyer representing Visa is about the only thing that these domains will attract if you try to use them for credit cards. Maybe some attention from the feds.

    Some trademarks will leave you alone and some will come after you with all guns blazing. As far as I am aware, the financial institutions like to vigorously protect their trademarks in order to soothe consumer fears of internet scams and the like.

    You could try selling them but due to the reasons I mentioned above, they probably won't raise much of a price, imho.
