Right now I am in the process of integrating seetheface's tool SiteClip. It is not ready yet but in case you want to see it in action you can visit these two: http://www.seetheface.com/siteclip/ http://www.seetheface.com/blog/
Why don't you check the site, in case you have questions you can post them there. I'm sure that you will get your answers.
Hey guys, I have done this many times before... And Flif, because you already have your file on Youtube, you are already halfway there. First, go to http://javimoya.com/blog/youtube_en.php and get a Youtube video downloader (For Free) to convert it to FLV for further use. Then, you need to convert that FLV file into another like WMV, AVI, or MPEG so that you can complete step 3. (I recommend you use CinemaForge software- it's free too) Then, go to http://www.squidoo.com/site-video/. Use the file you should have by this step w/ the that V2F software. You'll be able to upload and publish videos online with little hassle with V2F - KAM
no need to search at all. I have counted several actions that need performing and I don't want to really go through them. If you have the option to make something in 2 steps and 12 steps which would you choose?
Fair enough, if I were to use video I would have chosen something else not Kamilo37's option for sure. I don't want to apply all these steps. I would want to be able to create it easily and as fast as possible. Like, for example the majority of the web tool users can't be bothered to convert, upload and all the other stuff that Kamilo37 mentioned. They seek for a software that does all that for them. Face the facts, it is in our nature, people are lazy when it comes to stuff like that.
these stuff are supposed to make peoples' life easier, but let's get back to the topic. The onsite video. Video and all the pros and cons orbiting around it.
You see I don't want the visitors of the site to do all that. I want to integrate a software that will do all these things for them.
good point! You have to make your users feel as if they are running the whole show but you also have to make it as easy as possible for them to do so.
In a way I tend to agree with you sir_round because online users want things to happen with the speed of a mouse click. But they also want to know how things work.
Why would they want to know how it works if it helps them and does the job that it is supposed to do. I mean the video software, be it conversion software, recording one or something else.
Maybe because all service, site or program users like to know things from the inside if they are trying to master a certain field and maintain a good performance.
Not yet. I am still open to hear suggestions, comments and ideas. If you got some, then bring them on!
you're in the right place at the right time, pal. This is the place to look for ideas, hints and suggestions!
I wrote about it in another thread here on DP. The idea is to offer the site visitors to record videos where they explain about their ideas, success stories and experience. This will help people keep the traffic on the site for as much time as possible.
Well that is a possibility but it all depends on how the site owner looks at it. As for me, I am trying to find and integrate a good and user-friendly tool that can do all these things that were mentioned so far.
