    Is the message I get when I try to check ur website with sandbox tool or try to see ur IP Address... Mate, change ur hosting... seems there is a problem with ur IP address...

    Well, there are 4 editions of the book. The latest one was published on November 2010. I started with either the 2nd or the first edition and then updated myself with the latest version. That book has very good reviews on Amazon, I'm sure there's got to be some value in it especially I'm getting good result myself implementing the methods layout in the book. Like I said, my latest site was 3 weeks ago which I believe it is after the Google Panda Update, and my other old sites using the same SEO techniques are still ranking well. Anyway, I'm sure from time to time, Google give less weight to meta keywords and other stuff, but you can't hurt yourself by adding meta keywords in it as there is still a possibility that other search engines weight on them, and how hard is it to just put them in?
