    Hi:

I only want to write web ads. I am not interested in putting any money down. I want to write web ads for google or other companies and get paid for this. In return I would like to get a check in the mail. I am not interested in putting any of my own money down. I am only interested in registering to there service and writing web ads. How can I do this? A point in the right direction would greatly be appreciated.

    Thank U So Much.

are you talking about the sentences on Google ads ? if so, those are not written by google. may be you can try/start providing those services in services section of this forum. if anybody interested they will pay you instantly before or after you have done your work. (no need to wait for cheques ;) )

BTW, There are certain requirements to post on services section. Read the rules before you post ...

You can also try other sites/forums/classified sites/freelancing sites, etc.

Also, you must show your clients like how good you are in writing ads for them. creating a portfolio for your services would be the start if you do not have one already.

Before getting anyone to pay you for any sort of ad copywriting,
(and just writing ads is so narrow a niche, you'd only get business if you can demonstrate that your ads get a great click through and conversion rate over and above what people could achieve by writing them themselves)
you need to learn the difference between there and their.

Writing good advertisements takes time and skill, but fortunately it is a skill that can be learned. The best way to learn how to write good ads is to start writing. Here are 8 techniques for writing a cash producing ad:

    1. Decide up front what you want your ad to accomplish and then stick to it. If you are writing an ad to generate leads then make that the sole purpose of your ad. Trying to accomplish multiple things in your advertising will only confuse your reader and hurt your results.

    2. Create a swipe file of ad ideas. Collect sales letters, web ads, classified ads, email ads, etc. Keep them in a file that you can pull out whenever you need a new idea for a promotion. The idea here is not to copy these ads but to study them and learn techniques that you can incorporate into your own advertising. All of the top copywriters maintain extensive swipe files.

    3. Be sure to tell your readers what kind of support they will get after the sale. Free consulting, mentoring, or tech support.

    4. Make a list of your product's features and benefits. Use the most important benefit to create your headline.

    5. Be sure the benefits you use in your ad are a specific as possible. Use exact numbers, percentages, or any other specific description and it will be more believable to your readers.

    6. Identify your target audience and then create a list of reasons why they might be attracted to your product or service. Make sure you include those reasons in your ad.

    7. Be sure to list all of the ways your product is different from your competitors. It may be less costly, it may be more complete, or it may taste better. Make sure to include those differences in your ad.

    8. If readers get to the end of your ad and have decided not to buy, ask them why. The answers may help you improve your ad or give you ideas about how to improve your product.

These are but a few of the many ways to turn your ads into cash generating machines. Print this list out and post it where you can look at it every day. By integrating these techniques into your ads you will begin to see amazing results almost immediately.
