    My question is Only submitting in directories will rank you for what you want ?
    and if not
    what other continuous link building method will you recommend ?

    What about Forum Link building ?

    yes, forums helps a lot in link building, don't just focus on directories, have some link exchanges, and continue posting on forums with your sigs on ti.

    Agree with above post. Also try to buy links on relevant sites to yours and that have a higher PR.

    Submiting to websirectorys can get you rankings good ones (top10) but not for very competitive keyphrases ....

    Olso article writimg + distribution is a good way to get backlinks

    Buying

    Reciprocals (only with related sites) not to many
