ONLY show Homepage in SE Results, NOT Individual Posts?

    Hello,

Is anyone aware of anyway to have ONLY your homepage show up for a search result, instead of the individual post that has matched a user's google search? I don't want my posts to be the entry page, and instead, need the user to goto my homepage instead of directly to the matching post in their search.

Does anyone know if this is possible? Or if rel=canonical or anything else would help?

    Thanks!

I suppose that you could block them with the help of your robots.txt etc.
I don't see the point of doing this.
You will be losing A LOT of traffic to your website.

My site is a "product" website for the iphone. I have a "blog" on that same domain "/blog". The blog is random information about the iphone and that particular iphone niche. My homepage converts 1000% better than any of the blog posts. I have plenty of banners and links to my product homepage/etc, but I was hoping for a way to tell google to redirect all traffic to the homepage, such as canonical or something like that..

Why would you want to redirect traffic from your blog posts to your homepage?
It would piss of everyone trying to read your blog posts.

Simply block them as I stated above, though I do not recomment it at all.

It's good if your blog posts getting higher SE ranks.. Try to use these pages effectively by placing some banners or links to your main products and find new ways how you can use these pages to attract your visitors to your home page.

To get higher SE ranks for your homepage.. start working on off-page seo techniques specially link building. It will be better to exchange with similar blogs/sites.

While most of of webmasters/site owners wanted traffic especially for inner pages, you are lucky to having them and you should take advantage of it. Maybe make a noticeable link going to homepage, redirecting to homepage is also a solution but definitely not a bright idea...
