There is no cpu limit in place but it would definately not be advised to have heavy hitters running, its for starters or for those with moderate requirements, bw ofcourse will limit the usage. And yes you can run 2-3 domain on it as long as like i mentioned they are not heavy hitters. In event of any suspension pro-rated refund will be available. Cheers
