Only Pages Without PR Stay Out of The Supplemental Index?

    I am just wondering if it is only pages that do not have PR that go into the supplemental. I have pages with excellent quality information, some decent backlinks and still stuck in the supplemental

    For the most part pages with dup content will fall into the supplemental results even if they have pr.

    There is no relation between PR and Supplementals. Supplementals are for duplicated content. Those pages may or may not keep their PR.
