Only option for withdrawing money from paypal from indian customer is by requesting a cheque , or even requesting a cheque option is not working ?

 

never tried but paypal emailed me that requesting a cheque will work.

 

are they going to send cheque in INR or in $ ?

 

if they send check in USD it should work

 

then it takes min 20 days to clear i guess with 7-10$ processing fee

They have given back full money. and we need full money out of paypal.

So wait and watch, hope we can withdraw by next week.

 

Can someone confirm that paypal will stop sending cheque in indian currency , else how is google adsense sending cheque in indian currency ?

 

google cheques are from citibank group and they have some sort of arrangement legally.

I have not tried withdraw by cheque method in recent past (for 3 months or so)
But i can tell you how it works..... (For indians)

Whenever i withdrew a cheque from paypal -> I got my cheque in 15 Days

The cheque was of "Citibank"

This check can be dropped in your local bank just like any other local indian cheques.

Payment of this cheque will appear in your bank account in 3 days (just like normal cheques)

This cheue will be in INR. On withdrawing this cheque paypal convert USD to INR on its sucking conversion rate.

I am pretty sure that this cheque will not be any problem with RBI because
This cheque can be withrawn at any CITIBANK Branch in india, so you just need to drop this cheque in your bank's drop box .

 

15 days time is really sucks better to work with xoom

 

you are right . i just posted it because ppl never used thats why they are confuse how it works .... Only option for them who are not feeling secure about Xoom or dont have verified paypal account to use xoom services.
