    Hi All

I recently re-developed my website to make it better for SEO. Before i would search for my sub categories and find the home page for this category on my site in google. Now every sub cat i search, i only get the home page of the whole website displayed in google.

    Why is is ?

    Regards
    Alex

If you redeveloped your website, what did you change? Did you just change the page content or did you change urls and directory structure? If you changed the urls, you may have lost some links to those category pages. You should setup a 301 redirect from old urls to new ones. With a redesign it is common to temporarily lose some rankings.

If it were me I would work at building more backlinks, especially to those category pages. In time the rankings should come back.
