Only limited bandwidth in Australia?

    You can really have good torrents or proxies in Australia because the Internet costs down under is prohibitive. If you take a decent server down there you will find that your bandwidth is normally given in terms of 30 GB, 60 GB blocks which is nothing compared to 2000, 3000GB/mth in USA. Prices of that 30 GB block can be more expensive than the 2000GB/mth in USA. No joke on that.
