I submitted my blog to google and joined webmaster tools as well and really thankful to see that google finally accepted all the URLs of my site (30). But i dont see them in search results. Only homepage is available on bing and google and yahoo is yet to index it. One thing i love is that it also comes in google search suggestions. I would say start buildeing some backlinks to your inner pages not just your home page. Also build backlinks to home page as well so there's more link juice to go round. Also, try cross linking pages in blog - eg recent blog posts in sidebar, or similar blog posts or even in text links if relevant.

Yes inner-linking within the site as well as building backlinks to inner pages from outside is recommended. If I search for the url of one of your inner pages (cricketfame.blogspot.com/p/channel-3-live-cricket.html) I do get results in Google. As far as finding those results with a keyword search, you'll have to start building links and optimizing the page, etc.
