Only high PR links should be generated?

I try to get high PR links and dofollow only? Will google consider it as suspicious?
Should I generate backlinks for no PR or 0 PR as well? Should I also submit to nofollow so that it will look natural?

 

Just try to get related links from quality websites and don't worry about the PR.

 

If you could build high PR links, that would be better. However, that's too difficult to accomplish. Building a wide variety of links is more feasible.

 

Most natural links are from 'new pages' with PR n/a. Food for thought.

while it is good if you can get links form high pr pages, do keep in mind that new pages on high pr sites will always have pr0 but will rise in pr over time. if you need only few backlinks, then this method might work for you but if you need a lot of backlinks, then you need to focus on getting relevant backlinks form where ever you can regarless of pr

 

Focus on building links from relevant websites without taking into consideration of PR. PR means nothing and is very easily manipulated because of this PR has less and less affect on a sites placement in the serps.

PageRank is an index used by Google to value Websites on a scale of 0 to 10, based largely on link popularity and appearing on the Google Toolbar not for getting links. So don't mind about PR to get links. Get quality links that relevant to your website.

Focus on the good links (high pr, do follow, relevant sites & pages) but don't ignore other ones from relevant sites if they're easy to find. A mix of weak links and strong links probably looks more organic and natural than just high PR ones.
