Only half of page loads

    For some reason on one of my scripts, half of the HTML loads quickly in the browser and the other half takes quite a bit to load. Is there any reason why this might be happening?

    What's in the middle? An API script calling a web service hosted on another site? It may be that the connection to the API is slow and the API could be Google Adsense or other ad service, or Alexa widget, etc.

    No there are no external scripts on the page. Any other reasons?

    It can be from your hosting. I've heard about a trojan virus that have expoloited some hosting providers via PHP code and this little fella does this half load exploit. Try asking your hosting provider ;)
