    Just uncheck the Search Network box and keep the Content Network box checked in your settings.

    Simple as.

    Clicks are cheaper, but quality is generally worse than search.

    If you are going to do both content network and regular google (no content), I'd recommend setting up separate campaigns for each and optimizing them separately for best results.

    Depend on the keywords. But I would say about 50% cheaper in some cases.

    Actually depends on the product. Some products profit more via content network.
