Only 7 pages indexed on my forum can you help

I bet you can guess my question by now...

I only have 7 pages of a fourm listed in google - can anyone help explan why this is

Have you tried deep linking from forum posts. E.g.

"Celebrity | Celeb Pictures" with link of "http://www.celeb-forum.co.uk/celeb-forum/index.php?board=8.0"

Also have you produced a site map for google and submitted that. This sometimes gives things a little kick-start.

Use this tool to generate http://www.sitemapdoc.com/ and submit to
http://www.google.com/webmasters/sitemaps

hmm its created a 750pages sitemap is this wise?

 

If your site has that many pages, then the map will show that.

Sitemaps really help with forums, in my experience.

Hmmm, back to the PHPSESSID again....

My sitemap.xml has phpsessids in it will this be ok ?
