    Hello to all,

I have a website (www.decorisland.com) that has almost 200,000 pages, but only 30,000 of them are being indexed

I would love to get your input to why this is? and if it's normal or not for large sites?

    sitemap1.xml
    sitemap2.xml
    sitemap3.xml
    sitemap4.xml
    sitemap5.xml
    sitemap6.xml
    sitemap7.xml
    sitemap8.xml
    sitemap9.xml
    sitemap10.xml

Google does not index all the pages at a single time. It will be indexing slowly and steadly

i will suggest will you that don't use a number of sitemaps. Just create a manual sitemap of your whole website in dreamwiever coz your site is large, don't use any software nor a trust. You will see a better result

There are numerous reasons as to why all of your pages are not being indexed. One might be PageRank, it appears as though PR will have an affect on how many pages are indexed. The higher your PR/Authority/Trust the better chance you have getting all of your pages indexed. What is the quality of these pages? Any duplications? Are these pages just slight variations of each other? 177k seems like an awful lot of pages.
